The HTML5 client authenticates just fine, its just the Horizon view client for Windows that fails to function outside the network, the connection server shows PCoIP secure, in global settings the IPsec for security server is enabled, it pairs perfectly, firewall ports are open and I allowed both the security and connection server to create the rules as well.

VMware View Client is a software program developed by VMware. The most common release is 5.2.1.937772, with over 98% of all installations currently using this version. This connection is used to provide a secure tunnel for RDP. Because it’s the same protocol, the connection will be directed to the same connection or security server as before. The same applies to BLAST connections. But if the user connects to a pool via PCoIP, the View client will open a new connection using PCoIP with destination port 4172. The unique part of VMWare View is that they use a new transport protocol called PCoIP and it is supported through Aventail's Tunnel Mechanism - Connect Tunnel and On Demand Tunnel. An Enhancement request is filed for support of VMWare View using web based proxy agents.
