Thanks for this tip – I’ve been searching for 2 days trying various things to get the damn TAP installed on Windows Server 2008 R2 64x! But I think that the newest version I used (openvpn-2.1_r22-install.exe) already had the GUI included in the installer, so you probably just need to install this one thing.
